Even though I started this blog a few weeks ago, college seems further than ever. Once senior year has started (yesterday) my life is so full of essays assessments and MY SENIOR BESTIESSS…

It’s also the first day of the my life as a HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR
I have to say.. it’s pretty freakin’ awesome
I finally get to be the oldest in my school…. until 383 days later where i’ll be youngest.

STRAWBERRY WHIPPED-CREAM SANDWICHES
This snack is not only healthy and delicious… IT’S PRETTY TOO
Also, it’s a perfect treat for a hot summer day, great for breakfast or even a late night snack.
For this snack, make sure all the ingredients are as fresh as can be.
You will need:
Whole wheat sliced bread
non-fat whipped cream
fresh, sliced strawberries
Like in the picture, it’s obvious that all you need to do is pile on the whipped cream and strawberries onto the whole wheat bread and you’ve got a scrumptious snack.

Peanut butter on whole wheat bread
This is a SUPER SUPER SUPER healthy snack or even breakfast.
Packing in the peanut butter is a whole lot of protein
In the whole wheat bread is quite a bit of carbs, but with less fat and sugar
Make sure to use peanut butter sparingly though, as it is high in fat as well as salt
BONUS: Sprinkle a few raisins on the bread for a sweeter twist… DON’T PUT JELLY!!!
